1. Project Background

The Saudi customer serves construction, steel structure and oil & gas industries, processing 3–12mm hot rolled and structural coils. They required a heavy CTL line to supply large-size, high-flatness plates for towers, platforms and load-bearing components.

We supplied a 3–12mm × 2000mm heavy gauge CTL line, with heavy-duty uncoiler, reinforced leveler and high-rigidity shear frames to handle high-yield-strength coils in terms of tension, straightness and cutting quality.
